We are experiencing power issues within the data centre, this is impacting primarily on email. We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
We are currently experiencing a number of ‘Error 500′ messages on the web hosting platform. Investigations are being conducted to resolve the issue.
Additional maintenance work has been scheduled for this evening on the mail system. This work will result in customers being unable to send/receive email during the maintenance period. Work is scheduled to be completed between 22:00 and 00:00. We will work to keep the downtime to a minimum. No mail will be lost as a result of this work.
We will be taking the mail system offline from approximately 23:45 this evening for up to one hour to allow us to conduct some unplanned maintenance work. During this period you will be unable to access email, no inbound mail will be lost as a result of this work.
