Our monitoring has highlighted a packet loss issue which is impacting our external connectivity. Customers may see this as slow or intermittent access to services. We are currently in contact with our upstream network provider.

We experienced a network issue this evening on one of our cluster nodes this evening at approximately 23:00 which resulted in some websites and email being unavailable for approximately 10 minutes. Further investigations will be conducted to isolate the cause of the crash and the reason why automated recovery did not occur.
Our monitoring has identified an issue exchanging traffic with some third party networks. We are currently investigationg this issue.
We are currently investigating reports of connectivity from certain non-UK locations to our services. The issue is not country specific but does appear to be impacting specific providers in some countries.
At this time we can confirm that the hosted services are working normally but there may be a routing issue at our upstream network provider. We are currently liasing with them in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

ADSL customers are currently experiencing intermittent routing issues which results in some websites being inaccessible. Our upstream provider is investigating.
We experienced an issue with a switch early this afternoon that impacted upon the ability to access certain mail servers, webservers and the control panel server. This issue was resolved within 45 minutes and has now been running without issue.
We experienced an issue with the SMTP anti-virus, anti-spam filtering sub-system for the past 20 minutes. The issue has now resolved, all mail sending is now possible
Access to the control panel has been problematic this afternoon, resulting in an error message being displayed instead of the normal logon prompt. This issue has now been resolved.
We are currently experiencing stability issues with the server SATURN. Customers may experience difficulty accessing some websites and MySQL databases. An engineer is en-route to the data centre.
We are experiencing power issues within the data centre, this is impacting primarily on email. We are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
