Access to email is temporarily unavailable, we anticipate that access will be resumed within 10 minutes.
We are currently experiencing a loss of external connectivity due to issues with a core switch. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
A small number of customers may have experienced difficulties accessing our systems between 03.49 and 06.12 this morning. At this time we can confirm it to be an isolated connectivity issue. Connectivity to all destinations is now stable.
We are currently experiencing mail stability issues. At present access to mail may be problematic. We re working to resolve this issue.
To enable us to apply a series of software updates released by Microsoft it will be necessary to reboot each server twice today. Each server will be offline for approximately 5 minutes. This work is critical to maintain security.
